By far the best experience at an auto parts store. Pablo and James spent several hours assisting me finding the parts and getting my broken down vehicle running. Without them I would have been stuck in the parking lot. 10/10 recommend!

Only went in once but place looked really nice and had more accessories for you vehicle than the advance auto store so if u trying to tune ur car to show out or need a tuckers knob check here .

After spending 7 hundred bucks at O'Reilly all week I decided a change of scenery was needed so I went up the road to AutoZone n soon as I walked threw the door the female cashier made me feel very welcomed as you did everything a good costumer like myself admires to visit often she quickly asked what I needed then she lead me to where the merchandise was then she backed up n respected my space but that's where the good experience ends as I already know what I wanted so as I was bent over changing our deals not even 30 seconds later a guy in a AutoZone shirt comes over the te area I was shopping as if I needed any further help I would ask as I'm not a people's person n have bad anxiety when strangers are to close nmto let me think on my own after all I beendoujg things myself for 48 years he starts asking what size thins n what size that so I told him to let me go to my truck n grab pack I bought from vip a day earlier so I took a picture of what I needed n came came in then another guy comes over as One is already helping me that's when anxiety kicked in hard core as I got off track of what I canefir nalmost bought something I did not need n when I went to frontier wanted to check out with the original women who helped me after all I had just tipped the cashier at vip 14 bucks a day prior for his similar work as the women at AutoZone soy plan was to pay with a 50 if the part I needed was 29.99 n tell her the change is hers n thanks for her great work but then the second vu seemed to try rushing me to his counter so I replied give me a sec I have belongings I came with n I wanted to make sure I wanted what I had in my hands to purchase which I know I didn't hand so I collected my belongings with my money n went on my way because most blank costumer's take it as they're expecting me if stealing anything a worker at any location over crowds then we start to feel offended then uncomfortable n by any chrak thing just to leave lie I did had to return to o"Reilly cause they'll point you to what you needed then give you your cushion n tell me to ask questions anything I need any help that made me feel comfortable to top the young Guy 20 bucks last night again same intention I had for the women at AutoZone ion center St in auburn she's the best n n knows how to make a costumer feel wanted with offering her help but at the same time she knows her limits not to run the costumer off by over not saying they was suspected of my being a shop kifcrowding then making him/her feel like a shop life n decide to run elsewhere where they can shop alone n think like an independent adults not saying they were expecting me if being a shop lifter the store was very slow so they had nothing to do but like the women show the costumer where he needs to go n back off n give them space works out perfectly for all parties involved

Horrible experience, called Saturday to set up getting my wiper blades put on for Sunday, was given the hrs. And time, I told him I would be in, all confirmed. Was told that they always help customers with anything they could in detailing the services. Arrived Sunday before 6p, at counter told the guy what I needed, and was immediately told that they need 2 people on to help, the other lady was cashing out, no customers were in the store, so I said you have 2 people here, and I was never informed of stipulations when I called. The lady told him it was up to him, then told me that it could take 30 mins. Like wow,OK, it usually only takes 5 minutes. Smh, only in Maine, never seen anything like this except this state constantly, anytime someone needs something even if you've made it your policy, there will be excuses NOT TO do any work. Like they don't care if you have no customers or your gonna make Money, they would rather have bad reviews, no money, and no returning customers. I kept my word , remained loyal and showed up, when I could have gone somewhere else. This was misleading, and cost me time and gas, as well as it was to late to get blades somewhere else because the other locals closed at 6p. Just a crapy business, and there loss, cuz I was planning on buying other stuff. So wish I had gone to O'Reilly 's.STAY AWAY FROM THIS MISLEADING BUSINESS!! And lazy workers...
