The craft department has many quality items that surprise shoppers, as their value often exceeds the price. There is also appreciation for the new sections featuring items up to five dollars. The store is generally kept clean and updated. The employees are mostly nice, attentive, and very kind, often willing to help when asked. They remain friendly and undiscouraged even with long lines. However, the store's bathroom is noted as being very gross. While the selection is good, sometimes specific items, like baby powder, cannot be found. It remains a place where kids enjoy looking around for snacks and crafts.
