I’ve had the worst experience with this bank. They have messed every transaction ever made. Trying to get through to the loan officer is a nightmare, not very responsive, and when you call upset because they’ve made yet another mistake the secretary laughs at you. Definitely not meeting customer expectations.

I've worked with farm credit for years. They are great. Profesional, easy to get along with and the rates are great. I love their streamlined loaning process. I just have credit lines and don't even need to go in for purchases. I'd pay no attention to and bad reviews because they are a great bank!
