This Game Stop has earned my business back! Management at this location cares about their customers within good reason. The manager here is a shining star of great customer service in a world where that seems to be lacking from time to time. I was not very impressed with the customer service when I went recently compared to other times I have been which unfortunately hasn't been in over a year now. Upon walking in the store, I was asked pretty unenthusiastically by the one employee there if I needed any help and I said I was looking for a pre-owned ps4 to purchase and he said yeah they have them and that was it. You would think the employee would show me what the store has to offer right after me asking such a thing but it's like I had to almost force him to get out of his seat and go get one for me by saying like 3 different times that I would like to buy one. Not only this, I was there to witness a phone call he answered rudely telling someone that they don't carry Xbox 360 stuff anymore and basically shaming this person because it's something that's outdated and how dare the person call gamestop with a question about anything having to do with it. I'm sure stuff like this doesn't do the company any favors and surely doesn't look good.

Most of the time staff is great. Was in tonight and a 6 year old was with their dad and touched the pen holder that is next to the payment terminal. The larger bearded employee very rudely scolded the kid to the point she was whimpering behind her dad during the rest of the transaction. When it was my turn I said I'm pretty sure that the answer is no but can i get a replacement giftcard since i lost it. I called him out for being mean to the kid and he condescendingly said I'm sorry you lost your giftcard but you can go
