The custom service is terrible! I've been hold for well over two hours, been disconnected countless times. This is because the delivery crew could not install my dishwasher. I was told to call customer service, I did. That was a week ago. The problem remains unresolved.

I ordered a product in the store online, but later the same day, due to an emergency, needed to cancel my order. I was in no position to indulge myself due to the nature of that emergency. Here's a little tidbit Home Depot does not tell you when you order online; you have ONLY a thirty-minute window to cancel said order. One has even longer to cancel if you order from Amazon, and Amazon credits you immediately upon scanning the return. And, since when is Home Depot so efficient, (that would be the first instance of this ever happening), as to immediately send out your order. They are, in my opinion, unscrupulous and lacking in integrity. I think they are full out lying when they said they sent it out. They can b**** and moan all they want about how Amazon is hurting their business; they are doing it to themselves. Their customer support is abysmal at best, and I will NEVER shop there again no matter how minimal the purchase.

We have ordered a fence on July 14th, 2020 we were told it would arrive at the Auburn, ME location on August 13th. We were charged the moment it shipped out. It has yet to arrive to the store for pick up. Customer service has no idea what’s going on. If we weren’t already charged we would buy elsewhere.

great supplies, great consumer service, great value of product. Associates when asking for price of remolding of bathrooms in a mobile home , estimates are pretty close to accurate.

At Home Depot in Auburn today only one register was open with a cashier. Most customers had to use the self-checkout, which requires the customer to pick up a scanning gun and scan each item, rather than simply holding the item in front of a scanner.

I felt like the employees were mostly awesome in helping my friend and I find everything we needed. my only complaint is the woman working the service desk tonight. when I asked if we can get assistance finding it all, SHE ROLLED HER EYES AT ME!

I would definitely not recommend the kitchen counter top or kitchen cabinet area at this store. worst experience by far. to give an example...I was going to spend $4500. The sales person told me ..."you had better make this quick...I leave at 430. !!"

Came in to purchase sheets of plywood. Waited over 20 minutes at the end of the aisle because it was closed off. During these 20 minutes, I did not witness any of the four employees engaged in an activity regarding power equipment in which would warrant the aisle to be closed off. I made eye contact with at least two of the employees who were working in the aisle and no one asked if I needed something. Unfortunately, this kind of customer service made me feel very displaced, therefore I took my business to a competitor.

I'm a 60% Disabled Veteran, I went there last week to buy some PVC Lattice work and PVC boards, total cost $200, 10% Veteran Discount = $1.87??? I walked out and went to Lowes. Last night I bought $12.00 worth of Electrical Conduit and some nuts & washers, discount $0.12... HOME DEPOT AUBURN DOES NOT HONOR the Veterans Discount. LOWES HONORs their Veterans....

You got some great people in the front of the store helping to direct but I really wish you remind your sales staff that it really is Shady to try to tell someone this is the exact same thing as another product that you no longer carry when it is in fact not uses different active ingredients and when someone is looking for an organic product there's a difference between a overpowering lemony smell in a minty smell in close quarters the gentleman even argued with me while I had my phone out looking at active ingredients just because it works the same doesn't mean it's safe for my animals citrus can be a problem with respiratory ailments
