This is such a wonderful place! Everybody is friendly, hilarious, and willing to help with whatever you need shipped. My mom and I always show up with a bunch of things for our family out of state, and they go above and beyond to make sure that everything gets to them safely. Highly recommend!

I just had a gathering of girlfriends for the Christmas Holiday. As I was leaving I mentioned that I had to stop at “Goin’ Postal” to mail a package to my daughter. It was nice to hear as ALL 8. of us said the same:
“ I go there too !! They are The Best !! “
Open Later than the Post Office every day and open on Saturdays too!!
They are there for ALL my Postal Needs ❣️

I called and talked with Dan about a package I wanted to ship.Dan answered all my questions with a positive attitude and good humor.Then I brought my oversized package in and again he over exceeded my expectations.He is what’s needed everywhere in the postal service Thank you Dan because you made my day! Owners are nice but their staff aren’t friendly at all. They should better train their staff, the gentlemen I dealt with today should do better customer service instead of being on his phone while a customer is talking to him.

Goin' Postal provided the shipping for an auction where I purchased items. It is by far the most personable shipping business I have ever seen - so polite, friendly and genuinely cares about customers. The UPS Store just pales in comparison. The shipping cost was so reasonable that I was waiting for him to provide a total! I only wish he would open a shop in RI so I could use him for all my shipping instead of limited auctions!

This is the best mailing center in town, probably in Maine. Over the years they have always given great service but today they went above and beyond. Dan was so kind to help me reward my nieces birthday present, and find the fastest cheapest way to mail it. These are good people and Auburn is lucky to have them!!

I had Goin' Postal in Auburn, ME, pack and ship a valuable trumpet and am totally pleased with the service and the result. The well-packed horn arrived in perfect condition in San Francisco yesterday. I highly recommend.

I had a large shipment of tile to send back to the manufacturer in Texas, after a horrible customer experience with the tile company.
Goin’ Postal completely restored my faith that excellent customer service exists. Very kind owners, who spent time finding the best shipping rate - and as it was at the end of the day - they asked the UPS driver to hang on for just a moment so that the shipment could go out that evening. And the UPS was very gracious, and waited. Kind people, with incredibly high standards for conducting their business well. Go here to ship anything!

This is absolutely the best place in town! Every experience I’ve had here has been easy and wholesome the owners of the shop are always friendly and helpful. I showed up a couple minutes before close by accident and they were nothing but helpful and happy to help even though on my part I was disrespectful for showing up last minute. I highly recommend this business and have nothing negative to say about this place!
