Went in with a stubborn watch band which i couldn't get attached properly and a sweet woman immediately started working on it and within 20 mins had it fixed for me. I didn't even buy the watch there and she charged me nothing. I never would've been able to do it myself... I tried! Amazing experience!

I accidentally broke the chain to the necklace that I got from my mother when she passed. Tom brought the necklace to his business for repair. I picked it up this morning and you could not find where it had broken apart. Amazing work and staff! Thank you!!
