Staff is very nice, but prices are overall a bit too high in my opinion. I don't like how all items in one category are all marked at same base price regardless of quality or condition. I still shop here, but am very selective to be sure I'm getting a good value. I like that they accept returns within 14 days.

I find Goodwill to be a very good quality second hand retailer. The employees are friendly and very helpful. The store is very clean and well organized. I find everything to be reasonably priced. I do recommend this business to others.
