  The maine revenue service sent me a letter that they had to adjust my tax return because the tax prepared for me was 590 less then what I should have gotten I paid good money to get back the most money possible and to have maine revenue service to correct my taxes I'm not happy 600 hundred dollars is a lot of money i can use now I'm wondering if h and r block did my federal tax properly I'm paying for a peace of mind not to be short changed I should have done my taxes myself 🙄😩😭

  I dropped off my taxes in January of this year and these people have yet to do them I go in and call every week and I can't even get ahold of anyone to get my paperwork back very pissed off about this

  This place is awful. I drove over an hour during a storm with flash flood warnings to try to make my appointment, I called MULTIPLE times and couldn’t get anyone on the phone to let them know I was running late. I arrived 20 minutes late (the office didn’t open for another hour and a half) and was told that because they didn’t open till 12 they don’t turn the phones on and that I was to late to keep my appointment. THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE THERE, NOT A SOUL. I’m over 7 months pregnant and had my two year old with me and was told my options were rescheduling (so drive the hour plus home in the storm and come another day and drive another hour), or drop everything off but then STILL have to drive back to finalize everything. What a JOKE this place is. Avoid Cathy apparently she wouldn’t be able to complete a simple return in under and hour.

  Am not happy they had me and my wife out in an hour didn't even go over all the tax Wright off which can prove I have and went from owning to getting 1500 back this year very disappointed cause that's what I should be getting back cause I had a 1099 form not only one but 2 and all they were worried about is mileage... like my cellphone is a write off all my Tolls were write offs and meals were write offs in the business world so why would I not have a return... just say I will do my own taxes cause at least I'll have time to go threw the business side of things and not just looking for a paycheck

  I have been dealing with the clerks at Auburn Me office for months now. Leaving a message is useless because no one EVER calls you back, much less answers the phone. I have been trying to get my W2s from the last 3 years and have had noLuck. I even made appointments which when I’ve showed up, they are either closed and locked the doors, even when they say right on the door the hours of operation. I am at my whits end! I would Not EVER recommend this business to anyone!

  Had a great experience working with H&R Block this year, just like every year. It was easy, my tax professional was kind and knowledgeable. Anything I had questions about was explained well and the entire process was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be using H&R Block for my taxes next year as well!

  We couldn't get past a glitch in the at-home software, so I contacted help online. They were not helpful. So we went into an H&R office and it took way over an hour to get our taxes done--because of software issues. What was supposed to cost us $30 ended up being almost $300. Make that almost $330.
