  My overall experience has been quite user friendly. I gave 4 stars because I had trouble with the door on my unit and could get a hold of anyone at KO to help.

  the gate to enter the storage units was broken for a few days, but shawn was very helpful after trying to open it remotely,he called someone to repair it and it has worked fine since, i am happy with to unit and the customer service.

  The price is right. The storage is perfect. The experience is awesome!
