The staff provides excellent customer service, with associates described as extremely pleasant, above and beyond helpful, and pleasant to deal with. Everything can be set up and paid for over the phone. However, the gate to enter was broken for a few days and often open for long periods, though it was repaired. Overall, customers are happy with their units and would recommend them.

My overall experience has been quite user friendly. I gave 4 stars because I had trouble with the door on my unit and could get a hold of anyone at KO to help.

the gate to enter the storage units was broken for a few days, but shawn was very helpful after trying to open it remotely,he called someone to repair it and it has worked fine since, i am happy with to unit and the customer service.
