Called to see if they had pz20 carb on hand and got the most rudest unprofessional customer service I ever experienced. Completely shocked. Just answered and said no and then hung up immediately without saying anything else. Is there anything else I could help you with ! ? . Just nothing and then hung up. Brutally insane. I couldn’t believe it. So disappointed, I had to make this review cause it was that bad. Because you are having a bad day at work doesn’t mean you can take it out on your customers. Respect and consideration is very important in a business especially between employer and customer. It goes a long way and what I experience was childish and unprofessional. Not trying to be so dramatic but what I experienced a few minutes ago on the phone with them is just completely unacceptable. Could’ve been a lot more respectful and actually listen and care and show some interest or something. But no. This experience was bad enough to make me go out of my way to make this review unfortunately. Sorry to the company but consequences aren’t always avoidable.

Accommodated me with a mount and balance. I wasn't able to get there during business hours. He did the job, and aer it in a spot outside so I could get it. Fair price and speedy service. Highly recommend

Dropped off my 21 Beta. I had made some changes over the winter and needed the shop to tune and clean the carburetor. Got the bike back running fantastic. They went through the bike replaces some missing bolts and noticed that the oil I used on my air filter was trash. So they re oiled the filter.Friendly service, fast turn around time, and thorough.When I buy my next Beta I will be buying from this dealer.

Called about buying an exaughst. He immediatly said dont have it and didnt even try to order it. Then gave me attitude when i told him central maine powersports was trying to charge me 700 dollars just for an exaughst not even installed when the price online is like 350 for the exact same exaughst. Maine is atrocious for parts and service for motorcycles especially the lewiston area.

Great shop don't bring your bike there for inspection or it might get knocked down for weather cracked tire or something minor instead ho to central Maine power sports my bikes always pass there otherwise I love the vintage bikes here
