I love the morning crew during the week - the opening crew! Every day I go before my hour and a half commute to MA for work. Sometimes I just get a drink, but sometimes I get food as well. They always say good morning over the take out speaker, they always smile when I pull up to the window. It is early and I have a long drive in front of me and their friendliness always puts be in a good mood for the day. They are truly the reason I go back! I lost my debit card and did not realize it until after I ordered and was in line at the drive through, I was frantically counting out coins trying to explain myself and the cashier said that he could make it work if I was short and that he knew me from coming so often. I did find enough coins but I really appreciate the thoughtfulness and he went out of his way to make me feel better when I was embarrassed.

9/10 times they get BASIC coffee order WRONG. When they do get it right, they can't be bothered to stir the coffee. Therefore it is undrinkable until I get to someplace where I can find a spoon. I also find it very frustrating when I use the Dunkin' App. I order about 20 minutes before I even get there and find that my coffee is STILL not ready. If they can't handle the App and the counter, they should just not offer it's services.

Went in here for some bagels. after paying for them I watched her leave the register and get my bagels without washing her hands or putting on any gloves. I think some retraining is needed here about handling money and food at the same time. After I saw this I just left without a refund. As far as I'm Concerned she can eat them,she touched them.
