I come up here to visit my daughter and granddaughter. This hotel is fantastic. The swimming pool is sweet. Easy parking close to everything. The one bedroom suite is really helpful when traveling with teenager and still wanting a room with the door.
Rooms: The one bedroom apartment comes with a regular large refrigerator very adequate cookware for short weekend day it’s nice to have a TV in the bedroom and a TV in the living room
Safety: feels very safe in the hotel and around the hotel
Walkability: The neighborhood is pretty car oriented here, but you could walk to a few restaurants. Olive Garden IHOP.

We have stayed at this property for the past 14 years as we make trip to visit our grandchildren. My only disappointment was the jump in price from Friday night to Saturday night.
Rooms: We always get a suite, and it's perfect.

Residence Inn was very accommodating for myself and our company! We were in and out for about 6 weeks, and their team was amazing, and their customer service is at a very high level!

Let me just start by saying that someone violently tried to break into our hotel room around 9pm. Hotel staffed informed us there was no security cameras, however I knew there was one at the end of the hall near the exit/entrance. Police were notified and involved. While we were issued a refund, the staff at the front desk were careless about our situation.
Rooms: Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Someone violently attempted to break into our hotel room around 9pm when we were putting our daughter to bed.

Clean rooms, large shower, temperature control was good, fold out bed needs a new mattress, but kids liked it ?. Nice big towels at the pool, hot breakfast, Wi-Fi, comfy bed, nice array of snacks, decent gym.
Nearby activities: The arcade at the Auburn Mall is a happy place for the kids, so we like to stay here and go there when we drive through.

Nice rooms, continental breakfast was very good(no bacon, though). Staff was pleasant, polite, professional, and very accommodating.

Nearby activities: Staff treat you like family! Made some great friends! They were very friendly to my dog and gave her treats.Breakfast was great!Enjoyed the gym and heated pool.Room had a full kitchen and separate bed room. Staff kept room clean and supplied with necessities .

Stayed there last night. Room absolutely stunk of cigarettes. There was also a bag of dirty towels and linens left in the middle of the room when I got there and to top it all off, the pool was closed due to “unsafe swimming conditions” which was some gross bacteria in the pool that wasn’t treated.I’ve stayed here probably 50 times and always had a decent experience. This time was a serious let down though.
