The first time I walked in the man in the far right chair 'yelled' at me to "leave the way I came in!" I hadn't said a word as yet. There were no other people around. I turned and walked out thinking if this was the way Ford employees spoke to customers how sorry I was to own a Ford.A few months later I went to the parts department because I had learned I could not buy a fuse from anyone else! They had a hard time deciding what fuse I needed. After a few conversations w/ others and a search on the computer I was given 2 identical fuses and sent me on my way. They had had such a hard time but kept me in the loop during the 30 minute search. Following the manual that came with my car we found those fuses did not fit.Frustated, it was several months before I contacted Rowe again. I called for an appointment to have this Moon Roof finally fixed. (It stopped working the second time I used it!) 5 weeks later I went in for my appointment to find it was a drop-off. I had errands to do and no car and no one to call. They offered me a ride but not a car to do the errands.I haven't walked so much as I did that day (handicap)! $140 later my car was as I dropped it off. $500 for parts +labor would fix the Moon Roof. Expensive for one use!Today I drive with a window to the heavens wondering what I will do when the seals fail.

It took a month to get an appointment. I was able to drop off the night before. Rob from the service department sent texts with info and was very pleasant on the phone. I feel that the price was too high for changing fluids. Overall, I was satisfied

I recently bought a Ford Bronco. I will say the staff and service was great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful even sales agents that weren't helping me specifically. My sales agent Mike Clements made the process quick and easy!Thank you!

My sales contact worked hard to find me a truck. Dan M did find me a beautiful F-150 that fit my budget. The team members I worked with were friendly, professional and made me feel at home during my visit. This is the second vehicle I bought here at Rowe Auburn and will definitely go back for any of my automotive need. ?

Excellent service from Rowe ford auburn. My 2017 f -150 with 110,000 miles isn't new and isn't perfect but is nice and the service team treated me the same as if i bought a brand new f-150!!! Now that is service and I will be back when service is needed again. Thank you Rowe ford Auburn you are top notch ? ?

I was in the show room a while back, and was going to buy a used Hyundai Kona. I did a lot of research before showing up. The car had been sitting on the lot for 80+ days, and had not sold, because it was listed a substantial amount higher than it was actually worth. I test drove the car, and walked in to talk numbers. Chris Rose was my sales person, and he would not budge on the price one bit, and became very pushy trying to get me to sign the purchase agreement, using very deceptive wording. Obviously I said no. It really seemed like they were trying to take advantage of a young kid and his mother. Chris then brought over a manager, whose name I do not remember. He came over and was even more forceful with his hard sell, and kept placing the paper close to me, telling me to sign the paper. They shut down any of my negotiation, and said they do not negotiate there, and do not on that car. I stood up and left, and upon leaving the manager insulted both my mother and I stating that "we did not exist, and nobody was in front of him because we obviously didn't want to buy the car". We were happy at this point because we did not want to give our money to such an AWFUL establishment. I kept track of how long that car sat, and it sat there on the lot for another month, with 2 price decreases, and then it finally sold or they sent it to auction. I will never go back here, and will NEVER recommend to anybody that is looking to buy a car.

I scheduled work on my F250 which took me a month to get. I told them it needed an oil change, recall and it had a short in the wire which keeps popping the fuse on the low beam light. They told me there was a diagnostic fee which I agreed to. I asked them to repair the issue. They were so proud of themselves that they found an issue in the wiring harness that I already told them was the problem. What I wanted was them to fix it. All said and done they suggested I take it to someone else to fix issue. But they were more than happy to charge me $125.00 for finding out what I already knew. I would let them do the oil change again but will consult a company with mechanics in the future.

Nick A. My sales person was polite. Never pushy. Made me feel comfortable and kept looking for the right car for me in a price range I was comfortable with. Stayed in contact but not a pest. I highly recommend him. Also finance woman, sorry forgot her name was so nice and friendly. Sales manager came and spoke to me to ask about my experience also very nice. I will more than likely purchase my next vehicle there!

I bought a 2023 Bronco Sport from Rowe Auburn a few days ago. I was lucky enough to work with James, who made the process extremely easy. I am absolutely in love with my car, especially for the price point. James has excellent people skills and was able to answer every single one of my questions and gave great advice. Would definitely recommend Rowe Auburn.

Sales team is pretty good. Only downside is they tend to give much lower trade in values than other dealerships. As far as the service department goes, I would recommend the drive to a neighboring ford dealership. Subpar service and a total lack of communication.

Recent appointment for my F-150 went well. The shop foreman Leo , was excellent. He listened to my concerns and explained the findings. I was very satisfied with the work done.

Had my F150 towed into shop and they were able to squeeze me in next day. Had multiple issues needing to be addressed that was estimated to take up to a week to fix since shop was so busy with already scheduled appointments. They were able to get me a loaner so I didnt have to get a rental and they got my truck done in 2 days vs a week. They were awesome through out the whole process!! Highly recommend!!
