Shows is the best! I prefer it over Hannaford. It has better deals. I tested it a few times to see because a lot of people were telling me. No Hannaford has better deals but I saved way more money at shaws. They have fresh of fruit in my eyes. Fresher, me and everything's just fresher. Everything is more organized and looks less messy and to me. Hannaford is a lot dirtier and general period unfortunately, I left closer to Hannah for those, I have to go there a little bit more often than Shaw's. But now that I just got a car back on the road shows it will be.

I have been coming to this specific Shaws to get my sushi for over 10 years all due to the passion that the ‘sushi man’ puts into his work, I don’t know his name, but he is Very kind! no other sushi will do!!

Not a visit goes by that I don't purchase an item that rings up for more than its sticker price. It happens literally EVERY time I shop here. The staff are very helpful and do a wonderful job, but they're running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to rectify issues for customers. It truly feels like the leadership here is trying to systematically gouge customers. If the local Hannaford was in a safer location, this place wouldn't be able to compete.

I like the store all the way until I get to self checkout and the people there make people feel like they're criminals especially if they don't look like they're a snood it's not right you guys shouldn't make people feel like that

This review is simply to bring attention to how disgusting the bathrooms are at this location, time and time again.
I shop at Hannaford and Shaws and used the bathroom in the Auburn Shaws over a year ago and it was vile.
Went in again last week and it was filthy from top to bottom. This is pure laziness. There is NO excuse for this. Even if it means a manager going in and ensuring it's clean.
Do better at serving your community.

I want to give a shout out to the drive and go staff at the Auburn Me. store. My order is usually done will before the time I pick. This morning it was very busy so the order came out at the actual time and I was greeted by Vanisha who was very apologetic. I was not worried because the staff is always on the ball. I APPRECIATE all of you! Keep up the nice work!

Store hours are incorrect! Several days over the past week i have tried to stop at this store at 6-6:10 am. Most days the doors are still locked and there are no employees around to hear you knocking. The one day i got inside i grabbed everything i wanted, only to find that all of the registers were turned off. I went to customer service to ask what time they actually opened and she lost it on me and immediately started throwing attitude. I used to stop here regularly because they open as i’m leaving the gym. Now they don’t, so they’ve lost my business.

Honestly the staff are incompetent and rude. They don't post accurate times on opening and closing. The prices are outrageous. It is way off in the middle of nowhere people shouldn't go there go to Hannaford is better.
