He helped me figure out the right sizes and materials to print on and was within my budget. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Will definitely use their services in the future! *disclaimer: I tried using the online app, I'm relatively capable but I must say- when in doubt, just go into the store and get some help from a real human, what a game changer.”

“Upon arriving at the destination I could not find the entrance, I went to the wrong end of the building stay to the left, however the maintenance men were more than accommodating and knowledgeable "on the other end of the building go in the small door next to the large overhead doors then seven doors and a microwave" absolutely perfect 7 doors down I discovered two amazing ladies who treated Charlie and I with respect and courtesy and we're very quick to help me get my packages back to Amazon and as always Charlie was a hit making everybody have smiles and gooey hearts thank you to all of the customer Representatives drivers and maintenance alike thank you UPS”

“I had a wonderful experience with Goin Postal! I won a large auction at an estate sale with many breakable and extremely fragile Christmas ornaments and plates. Goin Postal packed everything so carefully, I was amazed when the packages arrived! I was a bit surprised by the cost at first. But once the packages arrived, and everything was in perfect condition, it dawned on me that they had to have spent hours preparing everything. And they could have actually charged more considering the materials and labor that went into it. They did a very professional job! In addition to that, I was unable to receive the packages for a while due to some unforeseen events in my own life, and even though it wasn’t the most convenient thing for them, they held onto the packages for me until I was ready. I highly recommend them!! I couldn’t have asked for anything more. They are the kindest and most professional folks around!”
