My bill keeps going up every other month yet I still receive the same service at an arguably lower quality. What a deal. Prices are lower in areas where there are competitors; sure does get the noggin' joggin'.
Go with literally any other provider if you can. Hell, get satellite internet.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had them for a year and every month seemed to pass and my bill kept going up and up and up. I called and spoke to a customer service agent and the lady very rudely said it is what it is. And I explained I was on a fixed income and that the price is ridiculous, and she said “It may be for you.” I’m so grateful I disconnected my services. I will never come back to spectrum. They couldn’t pay me to return. They argue with customers and they claim they got the best pricing. I call boloney. My first ever bill through them was under 100$, the last bill I got from spectrum was over 150$. It’s not worth it, save your money and go through literally anyone else.

Terrible service, asked about internet, was told plug and play ready to go. Not as easy as convenient as they say, tech support wanted to come out to service, Salesman looking for a quick sale only to get just as quick of a return… quite pathetic

Definitely not a fan of spectrum. I thought it would be better than Verizon, guess I was wrong. When choosing my phone and plan the question I asked was "Is your unlimited data the same as Verizon." Answer from the rep "Yes." After a few weeks received an email stating I reached a limit on my data service. Couple weeks ago went in to pay a bill and I asked the rep about this email. He stated that spectrum gives you so much data and the reserve the right to slow your data activity. I stated how is that unlimited data when I clearly have a limit. Then when limit is reached the internet is useless unless you have a wi fi connection. He offered for me to pay another $10 a month per phone for more data. I told him that if I knew how spectrum done their data that I would have never bought the phone. I never ever while with Verizon had any issues using my data. I should have never left. Yes they may have had higher pricing but clearly better service. Clearly the rep that sold me my phone failed to mention that the unlimited data had a limit. Last phone I get from spectrum.

I was in the store yesterday, 26 March to return equipment. In discussing with Brian that the 92 year old that I was assisting received a notification that her next bill would be $190. He immediately said to me she must be imagining these numbers. I said to him I also saw this notification and I am not imagining, the price of $189.82. he continued to indicate that yes that isn’t possible because at this point she does not owe anything and he’s right the bills haven’t been created yet, but the notice that was received in the mail was to expect your next bill to be that amount. I found Brian to be very condescending and rude to say the least, when I asked him his name, he immediately said, would you like to put in a customer complaint online. Brian was missing the point that I had already resolved the issue about the increase in her monthly bill and remember she’s 92 years old and is on a fixed income. I also said to Brian hey buddy this woman is quicker than you and I put together I have never been so disrespected by a customer service rep anywhere maybe a little more training on how to have empathy.

They took care of my reason for going there. They explained why I will be getting a new cable box. And I was shown a list if new channels to add to my old Time Warner package. I hope my new cable box comes soon. So I can get these added channels. I don't want my little old cable box shut off and be without TV.
