Our phones tell us when you put us on hold.I've been trying to call this location with a question regarding a check from TD for the last week or so. Each time after a few rings someone places me on hold without even answering the phone and the hold times out after exactly two minutes making it virtually impossible to contact this location.So now I have to drive there in ill condition to get an answer to a question that could easily be answered over the phone.I greatly appreciate the service here.

Nice branch but tried to deposit cash inside lobby after hours and there was homeless people sleeping in there. Nope.

I am closing my accounts immediately at TD in Auburn, Maine. Their customer service person grossly mishandled a fraud case/complaint i brought against a moving co. for charging $1900 with my bank card after I refused to pay that amount, who defrauded and threatened me. The bank person dropped the ball big time and did not do one thing correctly or on time. And lied about it to me. The last straw was when I got a rejection letter from the bank's fraud dept. because she didn't do a thing to plead my case, got paperwork in on last day only because i reminded her, and then when i confronted her, she was totally inept, weak, lied and not at all helpful. I had asked her to call the fraud dept. and talk to someone there about my case and check on it to make sure it understood that what the mover did was a crime - like a robbery. When we got disconnected, she did not even return the call leaving me at loose ends and then no one at the bank picked up my call-back and then closed for the weekend. So because of her I'm losing $900!! Go somewhere else for yr banking where they don't lie and make excuses. So many lies. I want a bank that stands up for me and protects me and my money!

Husband lost his Debit Card, went into a branch in Windham Maine to get a new one. He had on him his Driver's License and his original Social Security Card as well as his Veteran's ID card. He was unable to get a new card because the branch kept trying to send him a text message to confirm identity (??) and he did not have his phone with him! They told him they could mail him one in a week...10 days later he got it in the mail and tried to activate it over the phone but couldn't figure out the gauntlet of hoops he had to jump through to activate the card. Could this bank make it any harder to get a Debit Card? What did he need to have with him IN PERSON...his birth certificate and finger prints? We have been wanting to change banks for awhile, this seals the deal.

I've been to this bank several times and never had a problem. After hours the ATM machine has always been working. They treat you like a human being not a number like some other places

Best customer service I’ve had at a bank. This was my first time here and Julia helped me. She was extremely personable, outgoing, and friendly. I will probably drive out of my way to go to this bank in the future. The customer service is beyond :)

I had the extreme privilege of dealing with one of the managers, Paige. I had to call in to get a card unlocked, being out of state I could not go in person. She immediately made the issue a priority and was extremely professional, friendly and courteous. I had previously exhausted other avenues and wasted 3 hours trying to achieve the task that she handed in less than 5 minutes. Thank you Paige.

tried calling the call center with a few questions about my account, said 6 to 10 minute wait. 25 minutes later still no answer, How is this convenient banking? been with them about 18 years, Seriously coñsidering leaving!
