DO NOT EVER do a mortgage or dealings with any TD Bank!!! There is NOONE to help resolve an issue, no matter how important it is. They have zero customer service or ability to resolve any issues. We have spent 2 months, and 35+ phone calls, and still they can not correct the issue they created!! They said we did not have Property Insurance so they started taking an extra $500/mo out of our account! The insurance company twice faxed them proof of insurance. They continue to take out the extra $500 and will not correct THEIR ERROR! My husband has talked to 14 different people, and they all say they will correct it but they do not!! WHY is this such a difficult issue to correct? 1 Fax2 months ago from the Insurance company should have corrected this. They are the most incompetent company I have ever worked with.

Tabatha was absolutely amazing omg! She made my day just by being easy to talk to, nice, patient and professional all at the same time. Thank God for service reps like her only if TD could clone her so everyone can get the same experience I just did. Thank you again Tabatha?????

I called in for customer service and was randomly transferred to the fraud department and when I requested to escalate my concerns the representative was unprofessional and rude!

I had an issue with my checking account and THANK GOD when I called, I got Joelle Auburn as my customer care representative. Most competent professional I've ever had at TD BANK....A++++

by actually knowing what there doing i called because i have temporary holds from google on my account and they told me to call google when google has no control over it as soon as i fix this issue i am closing my account

Worst Bank ever. Daughter opened up an account after moving to NYC. They immediately put a hold and flagged it as fraud. Can’t get her money out, debit card inoperable. Provided them everything- lease, proof of employment, etc. closed the account. Can’t be a unique experience for people to move and open an account when new address doesn’t match drivers license address.

They are the Worst Job in Existence !
They treat You like trash if You don't flock with them, like the old saying goes " Birds of a feather flock together" and it's so unbelievably True !
They have a tendency to Exclude You from Everything ! I don't know how many times They would order food and not include You !
And people who work there LOVE to file Complaints to HR about the smallest things You say or do and call it Harassment. And these people also LOVE to talk bad about you behind your back !
This Place is a Roach Motel !!!!
