Scheduled for tires swapped out and an alignment. Work was done quickly and I didn't need an alignment! They gave me a printout of the alignment results! I also learned an alignment should really be done every 6 months, because of our road conditions. Very happy with the service!

When they broke my wheel lock key, they said someone there might have a replacement, but they never provided one. I asked what could be done, but they didn’t offer to replace it or cover the cost. They didn’t offer a discount or any help and basically told me I had to handle it myself. Now I have to drive 30 minutes, pay out of pocket, wait a week for the part, and drive back to get it, which is frustrating.

I was able to make an appointment that was convenient for me. I was swapping my summer tires for snows. They were swamped but did the job in a reasonable time. Always dependable.

Took me in ahead of appointment time. Rotated and balanced 4 tires in a little less than 15 minutes! I was on my way home before the original appointment time! The manager pulled available techs to get the job done quickly!
