Had such a great experience today. We needed to look at hot water tanks and get info and etc. Scott was more than helpful from talking to us, helping us pick out things for the tank, telling us about his experiences in the field, and so on! Thank you Scott for your awesome customer service. You went way above and beyond!

The custom service is terrible! I've been hold for well over two hours, been disconnected countless times. This is because the delivery crew could not install my dishwasher. I was told to call customer service, I did. That was a week ago. The problem remains unresolved.

Online order and pick up store if you are buying anything heavy and can be broken like pavers. We bought 84 concrete pavers online after going to Home Depot in Topsham trying to buy and waiting for assistance to load in the truck We waited for around 30 minutes and nobody to help so we left and ordered online to pick up they called me and said they didn’t have enough so I said we take whatever you have left. And they said they would call back when it was ready to pick up. Never called back. I called next day and talked to a girl she helped calling to Auburn store and checking if they had enough for my order So I cancel my order at Topsham and order from Auburn My husband when to pick up last night with his trailer The people that loads don’t know very well about loading heavy antigos to a trailer They loaded a pile that weighs over 3.000 lb all in the back of the trailer My husband wasn’t not happy at all. Had to drive very care because the trailer was almost touching the ground on the back. So The pavers where all wrapped up and just took the plastic and started seeing broken corners and ended with 11 40lb pavers broken. I Called them and they said I have to bring back to be replaced. I recorded and took pictures I thought that would be enough but not I guess I have to load back to my truck and back to the store and load my truck again and unload again. I don’t think this is fair. I don’t recommend online ordering and pick up if you can not see the product before getting home.

I ordered a product in the store online, but later the same day, due to an emergency, needed to cancel my order. I was in no position to indulge myself due to the nature of that emergency. Here's a little tidbit Home Depot does not tell you when you order online; you have ONLY a thirty-minute window to cancel said order. One has even longer to cancel if you order from Amazon, and Amazon credits you immediately upon scanning the return. And, since when is Home Depot so efficient, (that would be the first instance of this ever happening), as to immediately send out your order. They are, in my opinion, unscrupulous and lacking in integrity. I think they are full out lying when they said they sent it out. They can b**** and moan all they want about how Amazon is hurting their business; they are doing it to themselves. Their customer support is abysmal at best, and I will NEVER shop there again no matter how minimal the purchase.

I felt like the employees were mostly awesome in helping my friend and I find everything we needed. my only complaint is the woman working the service desk tonight. when I asked if we can get assistance finding it all, SHE ROLLED HER EYES AT ME!

I would definitely not recommend the kitchen counter top or kitchen cabinet area at this store. worst experience by far. to give an example...I was going to spend $4500. The sales person told me ..."you had better make this quick...I leave at 430. !!"

Came in to purchase sheets of plywood. Waited over 20 minutes at the end of the aisle because it was closed off. During these 20 minutes, I did not witness any of the four employees engaged in an activity regarding power equipment in which would warrant the aisle to be closed off. I made eye contact with at least two of the employees who were working in the aisle and no one asked if I needed something. Unfortunately, this kind of customer service made me feel very displaced, therefore I took my business to a competitor.
