The Rodman Road post office in Auburn had an employee that was stealing gift cards that were supposed to be delivered to people’s homes. I had close to $600 in gift cards stolen from the lady and I have not been reimbursed and no one will call me back. It’s been over 6 months. I am so frustrated I don’t know what to do. I also went to get a piece of mail and there was a random sign on the door saying they weren’t opening till 9:30 am instead of 9.
So the only time I could get back was right at noon and it was closed up just before noon. What a disappointment that post office is!!!!!

This post office closes randomly with a note on the inside doors. The times they do this are when the post office would be busy. Already sitting here, 5 cars have had customers trying to mail packages. Today I pulled in at 3:00 pm and the sign said closed until 3:40… they officially close at 5. This is really difficult for people trying to get to the post office afterwork.

Live 5 minutes away from Rodman road. For the last two weeks all of my packages show up in auburn… just to be forwarded to bethel… just to go back to southern maine… just to be forwarded back to Auburn again. Time to hire some competent people, good luck finding them! What you’ve got going on, isn’t it. These reviews aren’t lying - you guys SUCK.

I called the post office on Friday about an Express package that I sent to my daughter. For some reason it was not left at her door but the man that I spoke to over the phone was incredibly polite and helpful. He said he would contact the carrier to resolve the problem and the parcel was left at her door the following day. Many thanks from a grateful mom.

I have never been to this location where there wasn't an issue (No internet, slow/rude/incompetent staff, outrageous prices) today was the last time I will try.

One of the absolutely worse post offices. Was out for delivery and at the end of the day couldn't deliver because they couldn't find the address. Weird hence ups and fedex has no problem and i live on a main road. And of course noone picks up the phone there

Whoever the blonde mail woman is needs to stop writing on my damn mailbox. I’ve left notes to stop doing it and she continues to do so. If she does it one more time I will call the manager of this branch

Had important CERTIFIED mail coming, the delivery driver was too lazy to walk to the door so he left a "we missed you" note. I work from home, I watched him pull up and just sit in the truck and mark it as a miss. Just do better.
