The simple truth is that the pharmacy staff members at this location are incompetent. This is the nearest pharmacy to me, and it simply isn't worth it. Go anywhere else.

I usually always get good service but this time I went in and waited my turn saw cashier just side eyeing person in front of me. I try to be friendly but this person Rochelle was so rude and cold made me not want to go back to this store. Do better cost nothing nothing to smole

I always get great service from Walgreens, no matter the location. I like that I get a greeting when entering the store. I can usually ask for assistance from whoever is working and I can usually find what I'm looking for without having to ask. I like finding new items to explore while shopping too.

I'm still waiting to hear from corporate.
The female manager is an embarrassment to this establishment.
In all interactions she has been rude and demonstrated prejudice ever since she started working there and ever since I inquired about employment.
In my last visit here, she was arguing with me over a $20 minimum deposit and being incredibly rude to the point I got in the back of line as I told her I'd show her proof cashapp allows my $14 deposit.
After I proved her wrong and advocated that such evidence shouldn't have been necessary and that she was being incredibly rude.. she then tried to manipulate the conversation in front of a line of people that I was rude.
Obviously this women didn't know that I have a lawyer in my family and she them stated if I was being rude she'd call the police if I didn't leave.
I told her to call them because I would provide a non subjective view of these events ad she ended up admitting she was wrong.
As I discussed the scenario with other shoppers we ended up shaking hands and that my persistence for a deposit was a non issue if I'm being refused service on baseless accusations.
The police showed up and restricted my movement after the female manager attempted to portray me as irrational.
Initially the police officer was on the managers side until she admitted her mistake and during that time I needed to request a supervisor to keep a non subjective narrative of events.
We spent about two hours outside this store and I was making the police officers laugh and got understanding from the police supervisor.
Even auburn police found this to be a compete waste of time and that I wasn't unreasonable.
Unfortunately the manager misled her store owner and they both conspired to trespass me after the police understood the managers mistake.
I left without incident but now my daughter and I aren't allowed to show at our walgreen down the st off this woman's lies.
Walgreens is liable for all of this and I'm extremely disturbed my civil rights were infringed upon by what can only be interpreted as a prejudice woman.
I will not stop addressing this scenario until I hear back from corporate.
If you're reading this you miserable lady. I hope you realize you can't behave that way and lie to get your way and even the police tho8gut your actions were completely abysmal.
I didn't leave in cuffs like you hoped and karma will get you back. Hopefully by being terminated sooner rather than later.
She also kept speaking about her "man" after she called the police to try and intimidate me.. all I could think of.. "boy, I feel bad for him."
The manager caused me significant emotion distress because she dec8ded to throw a fit when her thoughts were cornered.
I sent an email to the DGM and spoke about this matter with a different walhreens employee who had nothing good to say about this manager.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!

If I could give less stars I would, pharmacy is a joke, delayed meds stating insurance review was issue, was not. Asked to have someone call to get clarification on med...would not. Perfectly happy to keep your meds delayed because they are behind. The pharmacy tech Tiffany has the personality of a door knob and the customer service of a broken toaster. I sometimes wonder how the standard of care has fallen so far below acceptable. It is clowns like these, that have the ability to be helpful but not will, to do anything beyond the bare minimum. You know, they are so short staffed. Pharmacist Josh is kind and thorough even though I call him Ryan and he calls me Anita. It’s ok. I think these folks are stressed TF out because it’s so hard to find pharmacy help these days, and there is only ONE Walgreens in this town. They are respectful and kind even when they don’t get any credit. 4 stars because they only have one pharmacist and Sunday is his only day off. I live out of state so there are multiple Walgreens within like 20 feet of each other. In Maine they work these folks like dogs and a half hour lunch will never be enough. Props to you guys for busting your butts despite the lack of help.

THIS LOCATION DOES NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO TO HANNAFORD OR WALMART FOR PRESCRIPTIONS. MUCH BETTER SERVICE AND CHEAPER!!

Waited 13 1/2 minutes and nobody came to the phone call back got the store and they said somebody was in the pharmacy and transferred me and nobody answered the phone. Can’t imagine not answering a phone in a pharmacy.

The pharmacist at this store is absolutely FANTASTIC! He is so polite and helpful, he will go ABOVE and beyond his job to help you. I refuse to go anywhere else because of him.

Seriously rude employees every time. No restrooms anymore, which is challenging. And no one there could care less about customers.
