Had to call to have them get my online order ready. Get told they’re understaffed and when I show up 3 people working and no customers. Drove 2 hours home to see the security tags are still on and now have to drive all the way back due this. Not impressed.

These guys are great. A bit pricey but there's always something good on sale and you just can't beat their clothes! Beautiful, well polished store that looks like 50 people work there just refolding the clothes! They're always so neat, tidy and perfect. We consider American Eagle a treasure and a treat! Keep up the great work guys and gals!?????

I needed to come in and exchange some pants and Stacy was absolutely amazing to work with. I called ahead and let her know which item I was looking for and when I arrived she had pulled what was on the rack and even found others in the back. She was extremely patient and professional as I worked to identify which pants would ultimately be chosen. The customer service alone is worth the trip to this store!

American Eagle was always always one of my favorite places to shop. But not anymore. Prices are astronomical. But what isn't these days. Price of gas today in Brunswick $5.09 a gallon. Absolutely absurd.

A while ago, a much older woman cashier answered a facetime call while checking me out. Very uncomfortable. I decided to forget about it and recently went back and a girl was very rude and kept checking her phone while making inappropriate, loud comments. I don't think I'm coming back.
