Hannah at the Augusta Maine AT&T location was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond to help me set up a new phone plan with 2 lines, helped us choose which new phones to purchase and helped with issues from my previous carriers number port! I will continue to make the hour+ drive to work with Hannah with any of my phone needs!

Nick and Denis were both very helpful and even pointed out a different program that could save us money. They answered all our questions as well. Highly recommend coming here for your phone needs!

I went to the Augusta, ME location and Hannah was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly and so kind. She was quick to get things done but not so much that it felt hurried, her customer service was amazing and I really enjoyed talking to her. She absolutely made a lasting impression on me and my boyfriend and we look forward to working with her in the future! Thank you for such a great experience Hannah.

The Augusta store has an employee named Hannah who is so amazing and helpful. Every time I go in and she is there I am greeted with a beautiful genuine smile and she always goes above and beyond to help. Thank you Hannah. ❤️
