“When a bank exhibits the kind of customer service that I received tonight at 8:00 p.m. on a Friday night when I was locked out my account, is the moment they have gained a lifetime customer. I was totally panicked, thinking I can't wait till Monday morning to see my account. I need to pay bills.....I need to see where I'm at. When I wrote on their Facebook chat, I never thought anyone was going to get back to me until Monday. I was frustrated as all get out. When my phone beeped moments later with a KSB representative asking me my name and phone number so they could contact me..I was estatic and amazed...especially when within minutes they had my account unlocked !! I am a forever KSB customer! thank you to your Friday night FB monitor. I appreciated you tonight! Well done KSB!!”
