Telling you it's time to trash it is an AMAZING service. The Gentleman I spoke with was clearly knowledgeable as well as pleasant and respectful. He took time to explain why I should trash it. Now I just wish it was fixable so I could have him do the work! 100% recommend, thank you!

Jay was exceptional! Our TV was broken and the manufacturer told us to just throw it out since they couldn’t service it. He was able to come diagnose, order parts, and repair it.Also he was EXTREMELY nice!
