Telling you it's time to trash it is an AMAZING service. The Gentleman I spoke with was clearly knowledgeable as well as pleasant and respectful. He took time to explain why I should trash it. Now I just wish it was fixable so I could have him do the work! 100% recommend, thank you!

It was an absolute pleasure hiring this man to repair our Samsung QLED TV. He was extremely polite, punctual, and knew what he was doing. Its usually a gamble fixing a television like this, but his rates were well worth the possibility of it not being a successful repair. Jay was exceptional! Our TV was broken and the manufacturer told us to just throw it out since they couldn’t service it. He was able to come diagnose, order parts, and repair it.Also he was EXTREMELY nice!

How can anyone expect an estimate over the phone? The tech has to see the tv, and if the display is damaged, it's junk.

Called for an estimate and the man on the other end was very rude. Said "Time to trash it." before hanging up on me.
