“Jaime and her staff at Hertz @ the Augusta Airport are hands down the BEST! What was suppose to be a few weeks with a rental turned into 7 mos+ as I awaited a new engine at the dealership for my Hyundai. Not only did they make the renewal process seamless they listened to my woes and made sure I was in a car with all the features I was accustomed to: heated steering wheel, heated seat, 4 wheel drive and remote start. If you need to rent a car go see them, hands down they provided the best price and BEST customer service!”
