I would give 0 stars if I could. I hate to be the person that leaves reviews but I got a notification that the pharmacy needed change the type of prescription my dr. Requested. I have tried to call numerous times and getting through to actually talk to someone at this specific pharmacy is nearly impossible. I don't want to speak to an automated bot I want to speak to a tech or someone who works there to find out what was wrong. Fix this please!

Best Pharmacy in all my travels... and I am an RV dwelling traveler who sees many CVS stores across the country. Pharmacist, Leah, is so responsive and knowledgeable! Everyone in line loves her personal touch! And Nichole, the primary tech, always delivers in a competent and polite manner! Thank you! ♥️

The pharmacist, Leah Vanthorn is very helpful and always willing to work with you on getting your prescriptions correct . She helps meet your needs and her assistant Nicole Haas is also friendly and welcoming. They both are the best.

Every time I have to use a CVS pharmacy lately, specifically the one in the Augusta Target, the pharmacy tech is rude, completely bothered to interact with customers and so unbelievably SLOW! I totally understand being short staffed - but needing several days to fill a script is just ridiculous.

While our family of five are there on a fairly regular basis for Rx fills and vaccinations, I’m still always surprised to be greeted by name by the pharmacist, Leah, and the technician, Amanda. We feel in such good hands whenever we deal with Leah, and I know that I’m not alone in saying that we would follow her to another pharmacy if she ever left CVS. I hope they are treating her well - she is the best-of-the-best.

Time 2:46 PM Est, I called the CVS 24 Stone Street, Augusta, Maine Pharmacy store to get them to take a prescription off my account I do not need and my doctor never ordered to have made or refilled, and they had me down for a auto-refill of ALBUTEROL HFA (PROVENTIL) INH Asthma inhaler, and I already been taking the VENTIL only inhaler, the other one makes me sick to my stomach and I told them this over the phone too, and the workers was rude and interrupted me more then once and then said I as being rude for interrupting them when they were speaking to me over the phone, and their auto-operator phone program kept hanging up on me too and then the female Pharmacist as well cause her works said I was being rude over the phone when I was not !!She also threaten me by telling me if I don't change my attitude that she was going to call my doctors and tell them I won't be allowed to use the Pharmacy at CVS 24 Stone Street Store anymore cause I am rude and will not change my attitude, when it was the workers doing it to me first and their auto-operator hanging up on me when I asked to speak to a "Live Person" or "Live Agent" !!!Then the Female Pharmacist was Hanging up on me too, on purpose and she admitted to it as well !!!I will be contacting CVS head office about this outrage !!!
