I heard good things about Darlings, I'm new to Maine. I would not recommend at all from the experience and unprofessional that team is. I got my quote and said they have a 4-6 week wait time and I would recieve a call. No call i have been patiently waiting. No call 5 weeks waiting so I call and they told me my claim was canceled. The person didn't care and said they will have to make calls but now its a 6-8 week wait. This lack of consideration pisses me off. Not one person ever reached out to confirm cancelation.

If there was a lower rating I would use it. Insurance claim. $20,000 worth of work been back 3 times would go for a 4th because stuff is still messed up. They had my truck for 4 months. Horrible craftsmanship. Greasy finger prints all over my head liner. Broken panels inside and out. Checked my oil and closed my hood and the grill almost fell out! Go anywhere but here!

I bought a brand new truck from darlings in bangor and was recommended to get my truck under coated at the Augusta location because they were the first darlings to do such work. Well, when I got my truck back, I noticed that they undercoated right over the salt and sand that was underneath the truck. It did look like they tried washing it, but they did a horrible job! If you come here please make sure you look for these things. I called and complained and was told they would contact me to set up a date to redo the work that they should have done right the first time. Here are some pictures of the sloppy job! I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else. Where the workers take pride in what they do, and you won't have to deal with bringing your vehicle back!

I took my Highlander to Darlings for the repair of a fender bender I had. Working with Leon Russell to provide the estimate, make the appointment, and coordinate the repair, we were working under a tight schedule. Though a couple of bumps occurred along the way, Leon understood our timeframe and personally pushed to make delivery.
Leon delivered!!! He even leveraged Charlie's to get a radar alignment completed.
It was Friday afternoon about 15 minutes before they closed, but he did it!

No better customer care/service out there. Wanted my Subaru restored and put 7K down.when I dropped it off. Instead of taking my money, the manager, Stacy Turner, let me know the vehicles’ days were numbered after having another mechanic confirm his findings. ..that the rear end was nearly rusted out and that a control arm was cracked. He not only refunded my money after doing all that extra work and ordering the parts, but had his assistant call me with the exact location/part I needed to purchase to make it safe…and then referred me to a super salesman at the Hyundai dealership next door when I mentioned a Santa Cruz might be what I needed to replace my Baja when it dies. They even let me keep the Truck on their lot for two days for free… what Honesty…what Generosity…what more could anyone ask for… dgorr

Leon was great to work with! We went in 3:30 because one of my doors needs to be replaced. He got me an estimate in 15 minutes. The work time is estimated to be 6-7 days, and they got on the phone with enterprise immediately and got me a rental the same day! The process took 30 minutes total.

Darlings was fantastic at fixing our car. Clint was the absolute best person to work with. I would highly recommend them for auto repair. Also my car was waxed and detailed inside. It honestly looked brand new! Thank you for everything.

I am very impressed with the work that was done on my car .. They replaced the rear bumper and fixed a spot on the passenger side .. the paint and quality of workmanship is amazing! I definitely recommend Darling's Collision Center ..

I have used Darlings Collision several times over the years and I have to say they are great customer advocates and they do impeccable work. This time I worked with Clint and he specifically has great follow up and follow through.I had some questions after the repairs and they took it right back and set me up with a loaner on their own. My truck looks great and they absolutely did right by me.
