Greeted at the door, super friendly. Food came quickly and was cooked perfectly! Real maple syrup along request and the Cinnamon Roll was soft fluffy, warm and heavenly! Our waitress was a peach!

We usually have a great breakfast there. Today, the toast wasn’t toast but barely warm bread. My omelet was very skimpy. Only half had any filling and that half had barely any cheese. It also had egg shells scattered through it. Home fries weren’t very well cooked either. Very disappointing!

DELICIOUS FOOD ALWAYS! SERVICE IS EXCELLENT ALWAYS. IT'S DEFINITELY A GREAT BREAKFAST SPOT. MY FAVORITE!!!Vegetarian options: Lot's of choices for the non- meat eaters.Dietary restrictions: They offer tasty variations of all sorts.Parking: If the street parking is full, it's a simple loop around the back of the building to get a great parking spot with access to the back door. You will have a short flight of stairs to descend, so the rear entrance is not handicap accessible for chairs or walkers (however) the front entrance is handicap accessible.Kid-friendliness: It's simply a wonderful family friendly atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: The front entrance provides easy access for anyone with a wheelchair or a walker.

The French toast is too thick and the bacon is too thin but it all tasted very good. Their omelets are great as is their breakfast sausage.

Great service, food, and the diner experience. If you're lucky you may find chilly and corn bread on the special of the day.

Food is VERY expensive! ($50 for 2 people) The home fries were just big boiled smashed potatoes with no flavoring. The ham , eggs & toast were very good & my fiancé liked his omelet.

We enjoyed this quaint little place! The waitress was so kind. The food was delicious! I loved the homemade Texas toast! The waffle plate was very satisfying! The downtown area is nice to walk around too. We recommend!

The reason that I'm rating one star is that generally when I pay at a restaurant by credit card, I leave my tip in cash. Long story behind that. Anyway, I did the same here and a few days later I got a warning from my credit card company that a 39% tip was added to my bill. 39% on top of the 20% in cash! CC company removed it. Cheats! (Also, hollandaise is powder mix. Yuk.)

One of the best local business breakfasts in town! They stay busy too! One of my favorite spots in Augusta to eat alone and enjoy the flow of life. It is really a peaceful atmosphere. Speaking from someone who always sits by the window to see the river across the street.Parking: Street parking and parking behind the building.

Great look. Service was difficult until you got your food. Felt rushed. Coffee was bland. Food was not consistent. Eggs overcooked. Burnt French toast.
