I drove here to get my nails only painted because they take walk-ins, or at least the website seems to say that. I pull in around 12:30-1:00pm and I go to open the door and it’s locked, so I just briefly peak in through the window and there are people in there getting their nails done! So I try knocking on the door and it catches this man’s attention and he walks up to the door and points away mouthing “go, go” and I try and ask if they are open and he just keeps pointing saying “go, leave, go” so I say, eager to get my nails done lol, that there are others inside and it said that they were open and I just wanted to know what was going on and the man turned away from me and walked back to where he was originally standing next to what looked like somebody else getting their nails done. No explanation, No services, and no, I did not know these people prior to this experience. I was polite with my wording and didn’t raise my voice other then to carry it through the glass so he could hear me.

I’m visiting from out of town and came to this salon in Augusta, ME around 9:30am to get my mother’s nails done. We walked in without being greeted, so I spoke first. When I said my mother needed a manicure, the man quickly replied, “We’re completely booked.” I asked when they might have availability, and he said, “We don’t have any openings today, tomorrow, or next week. It’s just the two of us—no openings.”
The customer service was dismissive and unwelcoming. If they don’t have the capacity for walk-ins, they shouldn’t advertise that they accept them. The experience felt uncomfortable—possibly even discriminatory.

Closed on a Saturday before 3pm???? Oh well missed money and the outside looked very shabby.

I don't get my nails done much. When I do, I go here because the man here has the gentlest touch. I really appreciate that. Plus, the nails always look great.

This place was horrible The man in there did about 15 minutes job, which I was told by the lady that it would be a half hour (that is what I'm paying for) He kept yelling at me telling me not to look at him while he was cutting my nails, then went to pay he started yelling again ,wanted only cash not check or credit card, I would never refer any one to go there, The price isn't worth it, If he is only doing for 15 mins, but your paying for the 30 minutes ., Atmosphere was not very comfortable. Worst pedi experience I’ve ever had!! Terrible customer service and so unprofessional!!! This guy didn’t even give me the entire half hour and still charged me full price! He acted like he didn’t want to be there let alone make it enjoyable for anyone. I heard him yelling at an elderly person who seemed so confused as to why he was being mean to her! I was confused too! This guy is a j*** and shouldn’t be running a business!!! Do not go here if you actually want a good experience. He’s terrible. I’d give it -5 stars if I could!!!Service: Pedicure
