Poor management. The ladies that work there are excessively intrusive and nosy. I left with the feeling that the box I dropped off may be tampered with due to being pressed about disclosing the contents inside. Overall I would avoid this specific location if possible.

FedEx is the worst place to use for shipping no one speaks English the drivers don't care about you getting your package I left a note on the door and they leave a tag and I have to chase my own belongings that I payed for now I just canceled

One of the worse offices in the entire company. Items are delivered when the driver decides not based on when they should be delivered. Items not placed in the right place or not treated as valuable.

Absolute garbage. I received an email saying a package would be delivered on July 9th, therefore I waited all day at home to sign for it. Then last minute I received an email saying it would be delivered the next day. I then took the next day off work to sign for my package, to receive another email at 8pm saying it would be delivered the following day. I have now waited two whole days to sign for a package that was not delivered when FedEx said it would be. I will never use FedEx again if I can help it.

I give Fed Ex one star because there are no negative voids to accurately portray their level of dis service. If there was a minus seven it would begin to be close to a rating they deserve. Ive waited at home for two days as they inform me the part is out for delivery, one that needs a signature to receive, then at ten to eight for the past two days they say , plan changed, part is back at facility. This is the worst service available in the US and I would advise everybody to seek a an alternative to FED Ex...This is the second delivery that has gone like this. I'm sure the guy in the truck is a good guy but his company is rotten

Today was the third time in two weeks that we have received a package that had severe damage to the box delivered by FedEx the first time I let go the second time I let it go. This is the third time I am not letting this go and every time I try to call customer service it’s an automated voice message machine and I can’t get a real person. This is ridiculous. Treat peoples packages with more respect especially since we paid for that package and you didn’t. P.s stop letting your workers step on my packages.

I have had several issues and filed several complaints on our delivery driver with no resolution. Just pure ignorance, laziness, and just straight rude. I don't have all the photos I used to but I've had a baby formula delivery left at the top of my 600ft driveway in a snow bank, $100 in flour dropped in a mud puddle that sams club thankfully refunded me for, a package tied to a tree, and there latest delivery today. 🙄 Cannot stand this company.
