I love Home Depot. We are renovating our home and starting a small farm. We've purchased almost all of our lumber here along with vinyl click flooring, and a slew of other items. We had our lumber delivered one time from this location and they were amazing. Delivery was on the day scheduled, the driver called ahead to let us know his ETA, and it was wrapped to protect from the weather. Great folks all around. I shop small business as much as a I can but the employees at Home Depot have always made it feel like a family run business. Home Depot is building my small business ;)

I recommend it for product but delivery service was totally unexceptable. Driver was delivering our order. One piece was dented. Made him take it back. he said his job was to stay at a home for three minutes by his manager as he put down Home Depot. He used that 3 minutes to voice his political views. Used the F word numerous times. Go to a Trump rally and dont spout off in my driveway. if you despise Home Depot like you say then dont work there because you are not doing it any justice. #LOWESITIS.

I will never attempt to use their flooring services again. I purchased carpet to be installed over a month ago and they have canceled twice on me because their installer keeps calling in sick. Maybe they should hire people who actually want to work. I will be getting my money back and taking my business else where

What a way to run a business! I received my $500 gas grill yesterday with a note inside stating the assembler broke off a screw that secured the side burner. Accidents happen but whoever said go ahead and ship it to me that way should not be working there. The burner is just hanging there and looks like crap and I'm stuck with having to drill out the broken screw and repair it myself. Is this the "new normal"??????

Customer service is terrible. Can’t get a phone call back about anything. Drove an hour after making an appointment for customs countertops. Their associate had called in sick and after waiting another hour in store they finally let me know that he wasn’t going to be in. If you don’t have simple items that you need, don’t go to Home Depot.

As a delivery driver delivering their product out of Montgomery New York I called ahead because I was going to be early and they took me right at 06:00. I truly appreciate this kind of service. I didn't get the receivers name however he is a really nice guy. Matthew Simmons Hartt Transportation

The worst customer service EVER!!!!! I purchased a grill at my local Home Depot and low and behold they charged my card 5 times for the same purchase! The store won't help me saying that they only show one purchase even though I brought them details from the bank showing it came out of my account 5 times! Corporate says there is nothing they can do that I have to dispute it with my bank. So incredibly glad that I have almost $2000.00 that I can just throw away. Now I get to wait at least 2 weeks before I can even think about getting my money back. Thanks Home Depot! I don't care if it costs me more to shop somewhere else, I will never spend another dime in your stores!

had to return my new sink that we special ordered because it had s couple cracks in it. the associate that helped me I believe her name was Rosie did a great job helping me. all I wanted was a new sink but she got me a discount on the new one and gave me a sincere apology for the inconvience. this was the only time I've had to ever return anything from home depot and I am very impressed with the way it was handled.

They completely botched a delivery. They were supposed to deliver basically an entire bathroom to my job site on Monday January 28th between 8 and 10 am. I ordered at the Augusta store and the delivery was to Come from the Auburn store for some reason. Back and forth with Augusta and Auburn. No delivery at 11 am. I had to go to work so I cancelled and re ordered specifically from the Augusta store. I hadn't heard anything about my order by the following Saturday so I went

definitely will not be back. They had some remnants wire marked at $0.92. Not $0.92 a foot. I went to buy it and the cashier told me it was $0.92 a foot. I told her it was remanence not roll. she would not honor the price that was listed on there. definitely will not be back

Amazing customer service from Hannah at the self checkout. Another gentleman cut ahead of us in line and Hannah told us to wait before paying when we checked out. She gave us a discount because of the other customer's lack of courtesy. WOW

The staff is very friendly, just don't try to use them if possible. I went to get new entry door knobs and deadbolts. Decided to get a few different styles so they needed to be rekeyed. The guy was nice about it, didn't give me any grief, but neglected to tell me it would take an hour. Granted, he needed to do 4 locks, but I have no idea how long this stuff takes. Had he just told me how long it was going to take I either would have come back or not brought my 2 small children. The last time we went we needed to order skylight blinds. Guy behind the desk was really nice, got the order placed and it all seemed fine. Well when we ordered he asked my measurements for the windows and the width is fine, then I gave him the length at 45 7/8th". He says he'll order a 46" otherwise there will be a gap. Okay, never ordered blinds before so sounds good to me! Blinds got delivered and they don't fit. The side rail is an eighth too long. So, I'm not ordering anything from here again or really utilizing any service that requires an employee.

I ran low on "Wood Pellets" for heating and didn't want to travel to Lisbon, Maine to get "Quality" ones for tonight. So I purchased the "Fireside Ultra" wood pellet fuel" and poured them into my pellet stove. --> What a Mess, the bag was had a lot of sawdust in it and made a mess of my stove. I asked if the manager could PLEASE check the other bags. Be careful about purchasing there wood fuel pellets they could mess up your stove and cause damage.
