Drove the hour to home depot to get one of the last hot water /heat pump tanks in stock . They went out of their way to make sure we didnt get all the way there and not have a tank available. And they had already had it moved to the service desk with our name on it waiting for us when we got there .and even sent 2 employees out to help us load it in the truck . Quick and easy check out as well.

I am extremely impressed with the customer service at this Home Depot . The service and return desk people are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. In addition , when I twice called the 800 number, people could not have been more helpful. Thank you .

The place always has more available items than the store in Waterville. Many times I have to go to Augusta just to be able to get what I need, as Waterville doesn’t have enough stock of items.

My Monday evening ended with my water heater saying no more! I'm done with this world! it made for a strange and unsettling Tuesday morning to say the least I'm not a plumber of any kind. this I can not stress enough lol I whent into the depo hiding my manly tears full of doubts and questions. I ran into Tom and got the exact water heater i needed then later in the day I met Jim because i needed a piece to finish the job and had not a clue what i would need to make it all happen. long boring story later I have water and I very much appreciate the help. I was very needy and clueless and they made it happen?

The prices compared to Lowes were very high and we were looking for cabinet slide outs and they had none. When we asked an employee they said " maybe aisle 46 or 47" but never got off their chair to show us. Store wasn't very clean

Returned a corned beef that was 1/3 fat..I brought the fat back to the store...got a full refund with only one question: "what is this in the ziplock bag?"

Mike in the window and door department is very knowledgeable and willing to go out of his way to help. This location is also a good size and stocks a lot of products.
