Just horrible. Service is non-existent, no one answers the phones, and you get the feeling that you are a hassle if you ask a question. We called to cancel an order from this location and waited for 30 minutes without anyone answering.

Purchased a refrigerator, get it home to realize they gave us the wrong one, call the store and all they do is put you on hold until the system hangs up on you. Maybe if I spent a few thousand dollars more they might actually care. Horrible customer service.

I advise everyone and anyone to not shop at the Augusta, Maine Lowes. We have recently moved to the area, bought $3000 plus worth of appliances and had them delivered. The sales rep in appliances, Neil, told us that we could install ourselves and was very easy. It is not very easy!!! Have been in contact with customer care everyday for almost a week now and nothing has changed. Does Lowes care about their customers? Why is it taking so long to get answers?! Does this have to go all the way to regional before anything happens? They want to charge us install to finish installing microwave after i have already completed half of the install. The store manager, June , is very rude and will just hang up and not help us at all. I am very disappointed to say the least, even with customer care!!!!! Corporate had better make some big changes before i even come close to that store again. This is very sad that not even corporate will fix this, what is even more sad is they did this to an army combat vet!!!!!!! GET RID OF YOUR ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER JUNE!!!! If this issue does not get fixed, I will be going to the local news channel and let them know the whole story. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

A friend and I went to look at standing fans. a few did not have any prices on them. So when we went to the service desk and my friend said “excuse me” she was completely ignored, so she said it again and the lady looked up with a dirty face and just looked at us. My friend said “could we have someone price check a few items for us” she just stared for probably 20 seconds and said “ya. I’ll have to page someone.” Then looked back down at the computer and went back to whatever was so important. Never had anyone come help. Once checking out with a few packets of seeds we were asked if we’re all set by a nice lady. Wish she was there when we actually needed help. Extremely disappointing. Got our fan at Target ?

Worst Lowe's customer service ever. Two associates at self check out were the only saving grace here. Store management was rude and wouldn't even make the effort to talk to us himself. We were there at least an hour trying to check out because no one knew how to handle a change in the transaction. Thank you Mary and Adam for trying; without you it would be a zero star review if that were possible. We will NOT return to this location. EVER.

I wasnt there to purchase anything, but with a friend in garden dept. She shops there frequently and mentioned prices being higher, which is what it is, but there were so many plants and potted flowers that were so close to dead, it was appauling! They weren't on sale either! I can expect Walmart employees to be less than thorough with their job, but Lowe's? I was upset that they were neglected to that degree! Why? Its just watering. A reputable place should never let merchandise look so bad. Lowe's, in Augusta, water your plants!

This store has only self-checkout available with one employee available to assist. If customers are being forced to use this method to checkout every thing an actual cashier can do when checking you out you should be able to do with self-checkout. But, NO. In order to apply military discount there must be human intervention to override the system. Self-checkout is annoying and just another way for the company so save money. Using this method should result in a discount for the customer. Also, when arriving home we found that the item purchased did not contain all parts which necessitated a return trip to the store to rectify the problems. This was on darn frustrating experience.

It was very busy with Mother's day being a day away. Even so, my experience was made with genuine thoughtfulness and great customer service. The young woman "Max" who was the cashier in the garden center went above and beyond to get me exactly what I needed. Thank you!

Whomever the manager was on 5/17/22 at 6:30 PM eastern time is unfit to hold his position at Lowe's, and was beyond unhelpful.Your position is to manage the affairs of Lowe's, not to manage what words people use when getting the INFINITE runaround for weeks, ESPECIALLY if they're not directed at you in an insulting manner.A product you sold me malfunctioned & caused an electrical fire with less than three months of use, yet your team can't stand behind the products. It's gross.You used any basic excuse to get out of doing your job, which is plainly manipulative & clearly lazy behavior.I really hope that Lowe's finds better help eventually, because I'm taking my business to Home Depot or whatever local hardware store after that display.I'm filing a complaint, so good work, ya jerk.

Lowes is a great shopping experience. Sometimes its difficult to find staff to help, but once you find someone, they are helpful. I know they're working short-staffed, so it's understandable. Lots of great products and reasonable prices.

This is an ok location. A number of employees aren't trained at bringing a lift outside so don't buy anything too heavy unless you want to wait for someone to lift it into your truck. If you are by yourself you will need to man handle that heavy generator into your truck by yourself. They aren't allowed to lift heavy things with their customer. At least that's the only problem I ran into.
