I had low expectations going in to get some documents notarized - but was very pleasantly surprised by the calm, professionalism of the two young men working in a fairly busy store. They definitely exceeded my expectations and I look forward to using them again in the future.

I’d give zero stars if I could. I walked in with a modem to return, I called AT&T and they told me I could return this package to this location and the person at the counter REFUSED to even try to help me. Kept telling me I needed a shipping label, AT&T didn’t send one and as I said, I was told this location takes AT&T modems. The clerk was incredibly rude with me and would not even attempt to help me out. He clearly just didn’t want to do his job.
Edit: while the information provided is supposedly incorrect, maybe you should tell people WHY you can’t send it instead of your employees being rude about it. Saying “I’m not doing this without a label” and not explaining is incredibly rude and unhelpful. The employee I spoke with was not friendly. contact AT&T and tell them to take your place off the list. Would’ve saved all of us a whole lot of time.

Stopped in to have something shipped, I did not have a box or packing slip. My item weighed a hefty 6lbs 9ozs. I was told the cheapest rate was by UPS @ $178.00, well I figured I would try else where this seemed awfully expensive to me. I ended up packing the item myself and taking it to the post office the next day and having it shipped to my destination in 5 days for whopping $26.75. Unless I am unaware of the cost of boxes, packing material and a shipping label these days I just do not see that adding up to $151.25, you all sure wanted to make a huge profit on me. I certainly will not be stopping by here again.
