The Marketplace at Augusta is the largest open-air shopping, dining, and entertainment center in Maine, conveniently located off I-95/Maine Turnpike. The center boasts an extraordinary retailer mix, including Home Depot, Walmart Supercenter, Sam's Club, Barnes & Noble, Kohl's, Regal Cinemas, Gap, Dick's Sporting Goods, Old Navy, Ulta Beauty, Maurices, Charming Charlie, and Yankee Candle. Visitors can enjoy an exceptional lineup of restaurants, such as Longhorn Steakhouse, Red Robin, Olive Garden, Chipotle Mexican Grill, and Panera Bread. While the center is generally praised for its variety of shops and dining options, some customers have noted issues with crowds, stock availability, and inconsistent customer service experiences across different stores.
I'm pretty impressed with this part of Augusta. I think there is room to add some more shopping options since some of them are factory stores, like J. Crew and American Eagle. The restaurant options leave a little something for everyone to chose from. The hotel options in this area are affordable and not run down.

There are so many great retailers and gastric temptations in this marketplace, one could easily spend all day browsing, eating, and shopping.

Well organized mall. A little of everything. Sure wish there was something like this in West Central Vermont.
