“I called [2nd time - 1st time many menu options and call then was lost] and spoke with Caryn who was extremely helpful. She helped me update my sign in portal, address and update my credit card. It was nice to have a pleasent voice and someone that showed that she cared for the customer on the phone. Kudos to Caryn!!”

They take a real interest in what they sell and install, unlike a few that once you are out the door that is it. They have made numerous trips to my home to correct a problem with a very expensive electric chair lift. They are always courteous and come in with a smile.
