Generally, the people they are very nice, but they’re very shortstaffed. It seems like every time I go in I have to wait a very long time to get any fish from the tropical fish Dept. we were there to replace our recently deceased plecosthymus who had been 15 years old. Strange place, service was good this time. It is like a hit or miss. Depending on who is working. I must assume that customer service is not trained from the top down. The Manager's focus is not on customers. Perhaps!

I went last Thursday to see the vet that comes there to get a rabies shot. Was expensive.. like 50.00 for 1 rabies shot but overall it was a great visit. They send me emails with my dogs records. Like this place!!. No appointments needed.
