I visited this PetSmart mostly to just look around. I ended up getting a couple of great new plants and some new decorations for our home aquarium. The plants are still doing great a week later! A couple of them even have some new growth on them already!

Very convenient to order online and pick up curbside (or in store) here when you don't have any large pet supply stores in your area. Have done this multiple times and so far the orders have always been quick and correct, and the pickup staff have been friendly too.

So long as Lindsey Stuntz is grooming there it is not a safe place to bring your pets. Lindsey was fired from her previous job at Petco for breaking multiple safety policies and for tying this cat down in a bucket. SHE IS NOW THE SALON MANAGER!? Until they make the right decision to pick animals over money I will not ever recommend or bring my pet here. This post was all over social media and is still currently available. The store has gotten calls as well. WHY WOULD YOU KEEP someone who shouldn’t be trusted around pets.

On 4-24-24 I got 4 Mickey Mouse Molly fish and 4 sunburst platy. They where all fine and good until on 5-6 one sunburst started swimming weird. I called the store and told them what was going on they told me to take the fish out of the water and put it with some peas and epson salts for 20-30 minutes. The next day the fish had passed. I took it back on the 8th and got a new sunburst. On 5-10 I woke up to ALL 4 of the sunburst fish DEAD. I called them and they said that since it’s after the 14 days since purchasing them they can only refund the one fish I replaced. Through out today 5-11 I have take out 3 more dead fish. I have ONE Mickey Mouse fish left out of 9 fish total. And they said to bad basically to me again today. I bet any money tomorrow morning all my fish will be gone. All I can say is please don’t buy fish from them just so then they can pass in a few weeks.

So many types of fresh water fish to choose from!! They had so many items on the shelves I never see at other stores which was awesome! Prices were also much cheaper than petco!! Thought this place was pretty awesome!! Only down fall is that they don't carry many animals
