Had to get some glucose test strips they didn't have them on shelves so I asked for them and pharmacist wouldn't get them for me she went out of her way to ignore us and not sell us the product a very hateful person she is we had to go get the manager and he had to leave what he was doing out back and go into the pharmacy himself and add them up and sell them to us when she could of done it she shouldn't even be there she's hateful and unprofessional manager said he would have a talk with her but we know that's all not gonna happen.wish Kyle or Nate would come back they were smart and treated customers really good

The crew is nice enough but the lack of staff has me waiting 8 days on a prescription. Forget calling. They're either closed without notice or you'll be on hold for literally 40+ minutes. I spent my whole lunch break in queue only to learn they never opened. Do better.

Half of you just don't know how to read an email or text message cause 95% of the time they aren't letting you know your prescription is ready, its letting you know it's in process, or due for a refill, or out of stock, but you immediately assume it's a message that it's ready.And if you think it's an "easy job" go pick up an application cause I assure you with a company that hasn't upgraded their systems in 30 years, it's not easy.Instead of complaining in a review section, switch pharmacies.And they can't answer the phones because there's usually only 2 or 3 people working there when there's suppose to be a minimum of 5, and the techs can't be in 5 different places at once, if they were consistently answering the phones and not filling prescriptions or writing out new ones people wouldn't be getting their medications at all.

It is convenient to stop at Walgreens. They are open after work, and they have most everything I need.

This pharmacy is always short staffed, short on supplies, and long on lines. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

Always on hold for hour or longer and then lines at pharmacy take for ever inside or drive thru. I wish they would change back to rite aid.

Called the pharmacy was on hold for an hour. Then they answered and asked if I could hold then put me on hold again for about 15 to 20 min. Then the phone rang for about 3 min and then they hung up on me. Worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with.

Slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Always have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes even though they call and say it's ready.

So disappointed. We have used this pharmacy for years. Today i explained that my daughter was recently adopted and her name is partially changed. One carrier lists her as her old name and the other lists her with her new name. I also explained I had success filling a script at a Hannaford pharmacy days before. The staff debated whether the system could accommodate this request. The pharmacist came over. They tried and it said the names were mismatched. I asked if the name was spelled correctly. I asked if the script could be sent to Hannaford. The staff raised his voice and proclaimed I was requesting that he do something unethical. I requested support contacting Hannaford pharmacy to swap the script, but was snappily told to have Hannaford pharmacy call them. I got it swapped and with no trouble my daughter got her treatment for pneumonia. We swapped all future scripts to Hannaford.What a missed opportunity to see the rare problem and just pleasantly assist a customer with filling the script for the sick child at the pharmacy that could accommodate. Picking up the phone and calling Hannaford could have saved the customer and made sure a sick little girl in the middle of a name change got her meds. As I said disappointed.

Waited on the phone for an hour at work just trying to see if my prescription was ready. The pharmacist tried to tell me I was still waiting on coverage when my doctor let me know I was all set. They regularly don’t answer their phones, but when I go in I see multiple people behind the desk just walking around looking at pills, so it can’t be because they are understaffed. Repeatedly have problems with this pharmacy I feel like the people working there just really don’t care about their jobs or customers. Will be switching to Hannaford or Target, I highly advice against using this Pharmacy.
