My technician was wonderful hunter had me added to his list last minute and he still came out in the dark to make sure my windshield was in on the day I requested when he easily could have rescheduled it for the morning . He was very through with everything he did and I greatly appreciate it!

Keith was a gem! He called to let me know approximately what time he would be arriving. Which was great because I could go out and do some things and know that I had to be back at a certain time. I appreciated that very much. He also explained everything very thoroughly. His demeanor was gentle & warm yet professional. Glass was perfect! Great overall experience!!

Unfortunately my vehicle was left with minor damages to Interior and Exterior as well as left unsecured by the technician. Communication was more than lacking and unprofessional. Before providing this review I made multiple attempts at making contact to resolve these simple fixes and even then a terrible experience overall. No responses to my two attempts over the course of a week. The Damage is as follows. Interior A-Piller has Torn Fabric. Exterior Molding is not secured down and Interior Review Mirror Hardware is hanging down and not secured. When I returned to my vehicle after the installation I found the passenger side front window left all of the way down as well as the passenger side front seat laid all of the way down. It is unlike me to leave a review like this but they did request feedback.

I went to Safelite with a very small chip in my windshield, trying to be proactive before it spread. The technician told me it looked a little different than most chips, but said it was definitely repairable. After attempting to fill it with resin, he came back and explained that the resin wouldn’t flow because the chip was too small. His solution was to make a second impact point to allow the resin to flow. Unfortunately, when he did that, the crack spread across my windshield. He immediately tried to schedule me for a full windshield replacement.
What started as a $50 proactive repair turned into a $500+ replacement. I filed a complaint with customer service, but was told the location denied any help or compensation because their policy states there is always a risk of spreading. I understand there are risks, but I expected some level of accountability or at the very least, compassion. Instead, I was left with a much larger and more expensive problem than I started with.
Because of the way this was handled, I will not be using Safelite again and cannot recommend them to others.

I am giving it a five stars because the service and workers were spectacular! 10 stars if I could! However, Safelite, give those poor guys a decent place to work in. The office and waiting area is embarrassing. You look up and there is no ceiling just dust and spider webs. You expect people to wait three hours there.
