She deserves a raise Smart Styles should at a minimum pay what McDonald’s does our beauticians had to go to school for their trade

Very quick and convenient spot to get a trim, hard not to go shopping afterwards. Hair stylist was receptive of what I asked for and got it done at a reasonable price. After the haircut I was entitled to 30% off merchandise, so I bought some Tea tree shampoo which I highly recommend.

I’m visiting Maine and Casandra was wonderful. Patient, friendly and professional. Loved my hair cut and she was a pleasure to meet. If I’m back this way I would definitely ask for her.

The hairdresser on staff tonight 9/10/25 has no clue!!! She did not care that she told 4 people 6p would be ok for a cut!! Know full well she was the only person on staff tonight! Her time may not be valued but mine is!!! Train your staff in customer service & value of other people's time & money!!!
