I’ve been to this tire shop several times, and every single visit has been outstanding. The customer service is truly exceptional — the team is friendly, honest, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. They always explain things clearly, work efficiently, and treat you with genuine care. I’ve never felt rushed or pressured, just taken care of.

Had a great experience the other day at the Bangor location. I couldn’t tell you anyone’s name but they were all hustling. Despite being short staffed and booked up for the day. Just chugged along. Got me on and out for my appointment and came out promptly for me the following morning to tighten my lug nuts and a pressure check. My husband and I are always pleased. Thank you guys.

I had my tires change over to snow tires. They were quick and did a good job. I have bought both regular and snow tires from the Bangor St. Augusta Maine location and they have done me a very good service each time.

First the guy switching my tires slammed on my brakes he was coming in a little too fast. Then when taking off my hubcaps he was throwing them to the ground which thankfully none were broken. Even another customer asked if that was my car being worked on. I did mention it to the manager im assuming (he seemed in charge). He said he was going to give me a discount for my experience. I did get a discount but the one of the deal that was running at the time. Would I go here again? probably not and I have encouraged others to do the same. The lack of respect someone had for my car and lying to my face about the discount was enough for me.
