Couldn’t get one of my prescriptions at my usual pharmacy, so this Walgreens came to the rescue. The pharmacy tech who took care of me was prompt and polite. When she realized what I was picking up- Ritalin- and why I had to deviate from my usual pharmacy, she expressed sympathy about the difficulty of getting my medication due to the stimulant shortage. I felt very seen, validated, and cared for because of this. Often, I have been treated like a drug seeking junkie by other pharmacies; not here. Very impressed by the professionalism and compassion I experienced.

To say this store is disorganized is a major understatement. They may seem under staffed, but the employees who were working that day were off doing who knows what. My wife and I walk in to do a Passport photo. There appears to be only one male worker in the front, but he has a few customers looking to check out at the front. He uses the overhead speaker system to request assistance in Photo. He helps a few customers, while we wait in photo, and then he makes a second announcement when he can't step away from the register. No one responded to either request for assistance. He finally has time and proceeds to help us. Photo is taken, first kiosk he uses to edit the photo stops working and he has to move to new kiosk. He has trouble loading SD card onto second kiosk and then he can't find the photo. I found it for him. He edits the photo and then sends it to the printer. As he tries to print the label for the order, he is locked out and needs a password reset. So he calls for a female (likely Manager) to assist over the radio (CB radio). She doesn't come to the Photo center. We wait 2 minutes and he radios her again, still she doesn't respond. Another female employee in a plan shirt (no Walgreen logo shirt) and she offers to assist but then states she is locked out and needs a password reset. At this point a Passport photo has taken over 15+ minutes which includes waiting time. A male employee, who seems fairly tech savvy, enters the photo center and he is able to login and check us out. This store is one of the worse I have seen. I understand there are staff shortages, but when an employee asks for assistance 4 times, and no one responds, that is either their own refusal to assist, or they were busy doing something that they couldn't stop by policy (unlikely). I looked at the rear mirror that helps you see the backside of the store and I couldn't locate another employee anywhere so they must have been in off the main floor. To top this entire experience off, the passport photo take is borderline non-compliant, but we will only find out if the Passport agency notifies us it cannot be accepted. So we spent 15 minutes to get a passport photo and my wife's Passport application could be rejected simply because of a poor passport photo we paid $17 for.

How dare you close the store and put up signs saying that your closed because of no power when clearly you have power.

Would give zero stars if possible. Started the prescription refill process last week. They were supposed to contact my doctor and get two refills. They never sent it until yesterday and I was out. Wouldn't allow an emergency script of a couple days. I went without medication last night and it was horrible. I have restless leg syndrome and it is impossible to sleep without it. I called my doctor again today and they contacted me shortly after leaving my message. They sent it yesterday morning! It was never filled and not even entered into their system! Totally unacceptable! I've called three times this morning and they are too busy to answer. Put on hold with a long line in front of me. I certainly will be leaving this pit of a pharmacy for someone local. Someone who seems to care about their customers.

It's pretty decent as far as Walgreens go, good parking and convenient location, has a Redbox outside and a drive thru pharmacy.

This company is trash. They screw up your prescriptions and the biggest thing is that they don’t support women’s rights and taking birth control pills off The shelf is absolutely ridiculous. The franchise is scum of the Earth.

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE TELEPHONE. YOU WILL BE ON HOLD FOR DAYS EVEN IF YOU ARE CALLING FROM A DOCTORS OFFICE OR A PHARMACY.

Walgreens just isn’t open on weekends any more? It’s literally a store for prescriptions but your preventing people from getting their prescriptions because of bad management and stupidity.

The website currently allows you to set up Covid testing appointments, but when I went to the store at the time specified by the confirmation email I was told that no testing was actually available and that the website was setting up invalid tests. It was very frustrating and a waste of my time.

I'm suppose to be on automatic refills but am not! Every month or two I am having to go 2-3 days without my meds!! These are meds for mental health! It is becoming extremely frustrating to me! Somebody keeps shutting me off from auto refills! Stop it!!!!!

Shout out to the pharmacist and assistants. It's like Normandy, every time I'm in there. In fact, I think I'd prefer mad Germans over some of the patrons in the pill line. Talk about mean!A big thank you to you all for doing a needed job, in a stressful time. ?

Horrific pharmacy. I’d switch if my employer didn’t force us to use them or risk not having our medications covered by insurance. They close at random times without notifying their customers via text or the app (forcing me to go without some of my medications all weekend because they are controlled substances and cannot be filled at another location ), and once I pulled up to the drive thru before 6 (they. Or nelly close at 7) and they had a sign up saying they were closing at 6 due to an “emergency” and I sat there in my car until at least 5 minutes past 6 being ignored the entire time and not acknowledged once or told that I would be helped, so I eventually drove away and filed a complaint due to having to go without a necessary medication all weekend and being refused service when I was there before closing and when I spoke to this branch’s pharmacy supervisor the next week they A) didn’t apologize B) lied to me and insisted that their 2 techs there that night were planning to help me (no, they were not helping anyone at the in-store window and definitely looked like they were closing and hoped id just go away) and C) asked me not to complain to corporate because it would “make them look bad.” If you can get your medications filled at any other location, do it. This one is terrible.

PHARMACY REVIEW:There are two people here who know what they are doing, everyone else I have dealt with has seemed to have a flagrant disregard for peoples’ needs. For example: One woman tried charging me $400 for my $33 birth control. I had to go back and forth with her to get her to speak with someone else to confirm her error. She did not apologize when she eventually returned and asked for my money again ($33). Grossly incompetent. Nobody seems to be communicating. I have never had so much trouble with a pharmacy every single month when I return to fill my prescriptions. Go somewhere else and I am truly sorry to the staff that actually cares about human beings.
