It was a very easy process to start an account online. We ordered a beautiful puzzle couch, and approved to buy much more. We'd like to pay the couch off first before starting anything else but the ease is nice. The delivery took some time, but it's a couch so that was expected. If you are looking for something sooner I'd say go into the store. Yes, the price is more in the long run but the convenience is worth. They come and set everything up, will fix or replace with ease. I watched the guys deliver from my ring cam and they did an amazing, fast job. It was icy and wet and cold, and on the 2nd floor and it still only took them 15 minutes. I would recommend Aaron's because we don't always have money for big purchases and they give you that freedom to do so. Some of the reviews are saying that the guys were rude at the Bangor store, please remember when you're going into a store with attitude anywhere, they don't have to take it and expect what you give in return. If you call or go in yelling, expect to be yelled at. Just my two cents. Thank you Aaron's for allowing us to have this beautiful couch and trusting us to pay, we won't let you down!

I was looking to see how much a PS5 would cost me over a 6 month span. The payments were affordable, but after all expenses it came out to just over $2k. A PS5 brand new is 750 max. You could buy 2 PS5s plus some. This is a complete rip off and not worth it!

Very friendly on the phone. Very informative when I went in to speak to them. Overall if you need something with a payment plan I'd suggest Aaron's.

I have purchased products from two different Aarons locations over the years. Both experiences were good. In the case of the Bangor location I had a HORRIBLE experience. The manager Alec made me fell inferior to him so much so that I just decided to purchase my washer and dryer from Home Depot. As a Manger of a rent to own retail store you should not treat people as they are beneath you

I like Aaron's I go through them for most of my furniture I think with the cost of things these days people are opting into renting to own, realistically I know myself I can't afford to buy stuff like that out right so for people who want to have nice things and just want to make payments until you own it I think this is a great place for that.

The staff are all excellent from the phone call to delivery and when the headboard had a issue they ordered the part to fix it. I will be a customer as long as they don’t mind having me as a customer!!!

You may not count this as a review on the technicality that I'm not a customer, nor have I ever been one of Aaron's.I'm writing this review to express the absolute lack of customer service and sympathy that they recently displayed toward my girlfriend.On September 1st, my girlfriend's sister passed away from ovarian cancer. Amy was a customer of Aaron's. She had a washer and dryer, and a refrigerator rented for the past 2 years. Her bills were paid up to date.Aaron's hadn't received the August or September payment for those items because Amy was in the Hospital since the end of July, trying to survive cancer. Including having a 16lb tumor removed from her abdomen.When Aaron's was told this was the reason they didn't get payment, they didn't care. NO condolences. No sympathy. Give us the money or we're getting our stuff. Period. NO negotiation.Now that Amy has passed they want their stuff back. Regardless of the fact that Amy was a part of their rewards program which states if a renter passes away after a certain point in the rental period, the items are not collected and may be kept by the family.Aaron's said she had canceled that part of her membership. Now they have been informed 3 times of Amy's passing, and TODAY.... Someone called up ASKING TO SPEAK WITH AMY!! They called my Girlfriend and asked to speak with her dead sister, even though they should KNOW SHE IS NO LONGER LIVING!!!This is the absolute worst level of customer service I have ever encountered in 43 years of life. I've managed businesses and restaurants and I would NEVER treat a customer with such an absolute callous disregard for their personal life, over a few bucks owed for appliances.

We came here to pay our couch bill. When we arrived, the time was 6pm. They don't close until 7 or 8. But when Mom looked through the window, nobody was in there and the lights were being turned off, but the OPEN sign was still on! I do not recommend paying yourself the couch bill here. Go to another Aaron's instead.

Was a customer for at least 13 years have gotten multiple things from them. Returned items I recently had I was constantly being harassed by them. Even if I was one day late on a payment they would be calling me and showing up at my house harassing my wife and telling my wife to get me on the phone asap. I don’t know who taught them customer service but that is down right ignorant. 13 years of being a loyal customer of Aaron’s and now I will never buy from them again.

So far my son has been screwed out of almost 200.00 because an Xbox( that went through their inspection) overheated while doing a download and he lost everything for that game he had purchased and thankfully I have an honest child because the previous owners credit card information and profile was still on the machine. My Samsung wash machine that is being paid on has counter weights that are about to break and the repair tech says he doesn't know how long it will take to get the parts could be a day could be weeks. So now I'm out money to take my clothes to a laundry mat. Aaron's doesn't want to come good for any of this. And when I just said I no longer want the washer or dryer that isn't even paid off they have refused to take it back. I will never give them my business again

Horrible service! got a bed frame with different dresser. The box spring is broken but they're not worth dealing with for it! Not clear about payments and even if you make a $200 payment it doesn't mean your covered. I owe $40 a month a dropped off $200 and they still call me 4-6 times a day and stopped at my house! Will never go through them again! Worst business ever!
