Bangor Pet Resort & Spa is a friendly and reasonably priced facility for pet grooming, boarding, and daycare. The staff is consistently described as super friendly, amazing, and great with dogs, providing excellent service and quick responses. Customers report being very happy and highly recommend the business. Many reviewers have used their grooming services for years with dogs of various sizes, always pleased with the results and noting their pets show no anxiety. Specific services praised include nail trims, described as quick and very affordable, and mani-pedis. For boarding and daycare, owners feel thankful to have found a reliable place where their dogs are so excited to be dropped off and are given updates during their stay. While grooming appointment lengths can vary, this concern does not deter customers from returning. The overall experience is one of great trust and satisfaction, with many clients considering it their pet's new favorite place.

Our 2 pups spent 3 days at Pet Resort & Spa and didn’t appear to be upset at all when we picked them up. We will certainly use them again when we need to go away without them.

They are wonderful, friendly people who take great care of my shepherd Naya. Grooming and daycare is great!, cost is reasonable. You can tell they love our pets and their jobs. Highly recommend.
